Glovebox system with sputter chamber Leybold

• T sluice not included, large right sluice available

Warning 

The T sluice shown in the previous pictures is no longer available and not included in this offer! 

The following alternatives are possible: 

Option 1: 

T sluice could be bought separately from GS for original system setup. 

Option 2: Combining a large right sluice (see picture on the left) with the sputter glovebox. 

A separate solution would then be necessary for the second glovebox
