A touchscreen operator interface for basic operation; PC-based software is used for process recipe creation and editing. Recipes are transferred to the nRad via network connection.
nRad Porous Ceramic Chuck (50mm ~ A4), made of porous ceramic material, ideal for securing very thin, flexible substrates up to A4 size. The chuck has a 25-50um pore size to ensure uniform suction throughout the vacuum chuck and strong hold of thin plastic or metal substrates.
nRad Heated Chuck upgrade provides stable heating of the chuck to temperatures of up to 50°C and allows temperature control of affixed substrates.  Heated reservoir and stirrer.
